Service Coordinator

Pay: $22.23 - $25.00 per hour

What You'll Do: Coordinate and schedule field and shop technicians Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on repair status Manage work orders from creation through invoicing Order parts and source materials to support service repairs Prepare estimates and assist with customer billing and payment processing Monitor work in progress (WIP) and help keep jobs on schedule Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and vendors to ensure customer needs are met Deliver exceptional customer service and help drive positive customer satisfaction results

What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required 1–2 years of customer service, service coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Why Quinn Company?
