Online Chat Support

Responsibilities: Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions and concerns through online chat. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat or digital support environment. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Comfortable using chat software and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
