Experience Level: 15+ Years Visa: Preferred USC/ GCAbout the Role We are seeking a highly seasoned Oracle Cloud Planning & Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud Planning and Procurement initiatives for a global enterprise. In this client-facing leadership position, you will lead complex supply chain planning transformations, design scalable solutions, and work directly with senior stakeholders. You will bring deep functional expertise to optimize supply chain operations from design through post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Implementation: Lead Oracle Cloud Planning and Procurement lifecycle implementations, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through go-live and hypercare. Solution Architecture & Configuration: Hands-on design and configuration of Oracle Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, and Procurement Cloud modules aligned with business requirements. Process Leadership: Conduct interactive business process workshops, lead CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, support SIT/UAT testing, and guide cutover and deployment strategies. Supply Chain Transformation: Drive standard Oracle best practices to optimize supply chain planning, procurement, and S&OP processes across global business units. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business leaders, technical architects, and adjacent Oracle SCM Cloud teams (Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics).Leadership & Mentorship: Provide functional oversight, solve complex integration/design challenges, and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience: 15+ years of dedicated Oracle Supply Chain consulting experience with a proven track record leading enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations/transformations. Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on functional proficiency in: Oracle Supply Planning Cloud Oracle Demand Planning Cloud Oracle Replenishment Planning Cloud Oracle Procurement Cloud Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and S&OP frameworks. Consulting & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and verbal/written communication skills.

Integration Experience: Strong track record of integrating Oracle Planning modules across the broader Oracle SCM Cloud suite.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting multinational clients in global manufacturing or complex supply chain environments. Functional knowledge of adjacent modules: Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Inventory Management Cloud, and Oracle Order Management Cloud.
