Key Responsibilities & Duties: Respond to calls and escalated network issues Design and diagram network improvements and maintenance Manage network vulnerabilities and patches Ensure effective business communication Prepare for network impacts due to weather conditions Participate in an on-call rotation for network support Collaborate with multiple business units

Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience with switches and firewalls 8+ years in network engineering or equivalent experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to de-escalate issues with clients Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Cisco switches and Palo Alto firewalls Background in utilities and ITIL processes Cybersecurity knowledge Recent certifications in network technologies This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
