About the Role: The Company is seeking a President for its Arbor Care Operations division. The successful candidate will be the senior executive leader, with a primary focus on leading, growing, and scaling the business across multiple locations. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, owning division performance, and scaling operations through the development and execution of a long-term growth strategy. The President will be responsible for all aspects of the division, including P&L management, safety, customer relationships, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include establishing the strategic direction, overseeing multi-location operations, and building a high-performing leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a background in arboriculture, tree care, or commercial landscape operations, with a strong emphasis on business acumen and the ability to manage complex service organizations. Candidates for the President position should have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive leadership experience in a related industry, with a proven track record in managing a multi-location operation and full P&L responsibility. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of industry standards, California labor laws, and safety regulations. The role requires a leader with strong financial, analytical, and business development skills, who can also demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and industry-specific certifications are preferred.
