Survey Division Lead – Field & Project Management

Pennoni Associates Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a Survey Division Manager to lead our surveying team in the Hampton Roads office on a full-time basis. You will oversee field surveys, QA/QC, client relations, proposals, and marketing support, manage projects and budgets, and mentor staff while traveling to field sites as needed. The role requires 8+ years in field surveying, 3+ years in PM, and an active VA LS credential, with a salary range of $120,000–$150,000.
