Overview: Run a 65-ton Grove rough terrain crane and stay inside the load chart on every pick Set up each pick outrigger position and cribbing, counterweight, boom configuration, radius, and load chart check before the load leaves the ground Work a tight, occupied campus: limited swing room, restricted lay-down, picks adjacent to live hospital operations and public traffic Perform and document daily crane inspections, and shut the machine down when it needs it Coordinate every lift with the site superintendent, riggers, and signalperson Hold the schedule for the length of the run up to six 10-hour days a week for roughly three months Preferred Skills/ExperiencesNCCCO (CCO) certification with TLL endorsement, current and unexpired required Rough terrain crane time at 60 tons and up, Grove or equivalent requiredOSHA 10 preferred Current DOT medical card preferred Tight-site and occupied-campus experience healthcare, institutional, or downtown commercial strongly preferred Steady work history with crane and rigging houses or commercial GCs strongly preferred Based within daily driving distance of Fort Worth preferred
