Paddock Operations Associate

Mohegan Tribe is seeking seasonal staff to support race day operations at the track. You will assist horsemen and horses, manage saddles and head numbers, and operate paddock gates to ensure smooth pacing of events. Responsibilities include aiding with equipment issues, transporting riders to the winner’s circle, and maintaining high guest service standards across all racing hours and qualifiers. Seasonal schedule; weather-exposed work.
