Qualifications:
- Active RBT credential in good standing
- Previous experience in schools or with children/adolescents in clinical or educational environments
- Proficiency with ABA principles and data collection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, reliability, and adaptability in dynamic school settings
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including BCBAs, teachers, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with behavioral or developmental needs
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral trends
- Communicate observations and collaborate on ongoing intervention adjustments
- Support the learning environment and encourage positive behavioral choices
- Assist students in developing social and functional skills as outlined in IEPs or BIPsBenefits & Perks
- Consistent schedule with 27.5–30 hours per week
