Commercial Kitchen Steward - Deep-Clean Specialist

Graton Resort & Casino is hiring a Kitchen Steward responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining large, heavy‑duty kitchen equipment and areas. You will assist the culinary team by ensuring a sanitary and operational work environment and by following all health and safety standards. The role requires use of specialized cleaning products and tools, adherence to cleaning calendars, and proactive reporting of equipment issues to supervision. A California Food Handlers Certificate is required.
