About the Role:
Are you a highly competitive individual looking to launch a rewarding career in Sales & Leadership? This role is designed to give motivated, driven professionals a clear path to progress into a Account Manager position. You’ll gain hands-on client engagement, sales and leadership experience. This position will have training and requires no experience previously in sales.

What You’ll Do:
Engage with clients and contractors to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Develop leadership skills and begin mentoring junior team members.
Become an expert in manufacturing consulting.
Build strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field by December 2026.Strong communication and leadership aptitude.
