CRP Oversight Lead — Child Welfare & Training (Hybrid)

Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid (OCLA) seeks an experienced attorney to join the Children’s Representation Program as the CRP Oversight Manager. The role reports to the CRP Director and leads supervising attorneys, regional trainings, and contract oversight. You will develop training materials, manage attorney contractors, and support program-wide improvements while advancing equity commitments and trauma-informed representation for dependent children and youth.
