Position Overview: Lock & Load Miami is looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Hostess/ Sales associate to provide an outstanding guest experience. This role is the first point of contact for many visitors and is essential to creating a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience. No prior firearms experience is required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting pay of $23.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $27.00 per hour
  • Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance and additional benefits
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20–30 hours/week) positions available

Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English (required); Spanish or additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or tourism preferred
  • Comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling procedures (training provided)
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Experience using POS systems and reservation software is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
  • Explain available experiences, packages, and services with confidence
  • Process sales using a restaurant-style POS system
  • Schedule reservations and manage bookings
  • Keep guest areas, retail space, classrooms, break room, and restrooms clean and organized
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Learn firearm safety procedures and become knowledgeable about the firearms offered; competency is evaluated after training
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Assist with basic social media engagement when needed
ScheduleApplicants should be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Operating HoursMonday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMSaturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMSunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PMTraining & Work Location Paid training provided This is an in-person position. Remote work is not available.
