About the Role: Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities: Evaluate, prevent, and treat athletic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs Collaborate with physical therapists and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive patient care Perform therapeutic modalities including taping, bracing, and manual techniques Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate athletes and patients on injury prevention, recovery, and safe return-to-sport protocols Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program Board of Certification (BOC) Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required New Jersey state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience in sports medicine, physical therapy, or clinical rehabilitation setting preferred Strong knowledge of injury assessment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment
