Summary: We are seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Freehold, NJ. Shift available: Tuesday through Saturday from 2pm-11pm ESTResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone and email. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service interactions. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
