Senior Director, Creator & Affiliate Growth

Etsy, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to grow our Creator and Affiliate ecosystem, integrating in‑house creator programs with external networks to scale traffic, buyer acquisition, revenue, and brand relevance. You will unify creator relationships and partnerships into a single growth strategy while mentoring a high‑performing team. The role reports to the Director of Influencer & Advertising Studio and collaborates with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and Paid Media to
