Our client is a well-capitalized, vertically integrated commercial real estate investment firm with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of neighborhood retail and mixed-use assets across high-growth U.S. markets. The firm is known for its strategic approach, collaborative team, and high-quality portfolio, and it is driven to make a positive impact within the communities it serves. The firm recently launched a new in-house property management platform to directly operate its national portfolio, replacing third-party managers. The platform is growing quickly as it takes over properties and is built on three pillars: people first (real work-life balance, rotating on-call, and automation of routine back-office work), hospitality (a major investment in tenant and customer experience), and technology that makes the job easier.
