Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening upon hire
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
  • Participate in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by the immediate supervisor
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar positions is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established care plans
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, including active listening, thoughtful questioning, and respectful communication
  • Social perceptiveness and awareness of others’ needs and reactions
  • Proactive and compassionate, consistently seeking ways to support others
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours
