The Opportunity: Want to work where fashion meets function every day? We're looking for a stylish, high-energy Eyewear Consultant who can deliver honest aesthetic advice, hit sales goals, and make every patient feel amazing.

What You'll Do: Ask smart lifestyle questions and turn prescriptions into perfect recommendations Style patients in premium and designer frames Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining an Elevated Patient Experience Assist with frame adjustments, measurements, and troubleshooting Learn constantly and take on new responsibilities as we grow We're Looking For 1–3+ years optical sales or luxury retail experience Virginia Optician license is a huge plus not required Natural salesperson who is compassionate and confident Fashion-forward with a great eye for what looks good Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing practice Schedule &
