Part-Time Assistant Technical Director - Lighting & Stage

Miami Theater Center (MTC) is seeking a hands-on Assistant Technical Director for a part-time role approximately 20 hours per week. The assistant will support the Technical Director in preparing and executing performances, rehearsals, rentals, and special events in a fast-paced arts venue. The position requires familiarity with the ETC Ion lighting console and general lighting, sound, and stage operations. A collaborative, safety‑minded team player is essential for this community‑minded venue.
