Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Manta Search is seeking a hands-on FP&A leader to partner directly with the CFO. You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while rolling up your sleeves on models and data. Based in West Hollywood, the role offers a path to Head of FP&A for seasoned candidates or a fast-track Senior Analyst who will grow into the role. You will translate numbers into clear recommendations for senior leadership and drive strategic insights.
