Interpret GA4 and advertising platform data, oversee campaign audits and measurement quality, and coordinate tracking and attribution troubleshooting with technical specialists. Partner with creative and digital teams to align campaign assets, messaging, and landing page experiences. Monitor account scope, team capacity, deadlines, and delivery risks, escalating significant budget, tracking, performance, staffing, or client concerns to senior leadership early. Improve team consistency and efficiency through shared processes, templates, documentation, training, and responsible use of AI-assisted workflows. Evaluate new advertising capabilities and recommend tests where they can support client objectives. Interests & Experience 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy, execution, budgets, and optimization. Strong working expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting, conversion goals, and testing. Experience executing and optimizing programmatic and retargeting campaigns; experience with a specific programmatic platform is not required. Experience with Microsoft Ads and Tik Tok Ads preferred; familiarity with ChatGPT Ads and Spotify Ads is a plus. Previous direct management of employees, including assigning work, reviewing quality, providing feedback, and supporting development. Experience in presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations directly to clients. Ability to interpret GA4 and platform reporting, understand conversion tracking and attribution limitations, and recognize when technical support is needed. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis and budget tracking. Ability to prioritize work across multiple accounts and coordinate effectively with other team members. Agency experience preferred; candidates with relevant in-house experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience with reporting tools, such as Dash This is a plus. Characteristics and Traits Accountable: Takes ownership of results, follows through on commitments, and communicates concerns early. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a varied mix of client businesses. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, wellness programs, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. This position is permanently remote within the United States and requires availability during Central Time business hours.
