As our Google Ads Marketing Specialist, you'll help connect people in difficult moments with the legal support they need. What You'll Be Doing: Your day will live in the numbers and the decisions behind them. You'll build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets hard, watch CPA closely, and keep pushing for better lead quality. This role matters because effective digital marketing is how people find help when life gets messy. You'll have real ownership, direct impact, and the chance to shape strategy from end to end in a fast-moving environment.

You will undergo two interviews, first with our SEO specialist and then with our COO.What You'll Earn The base salary for this role is $65,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. There are also bonus opportunities based on your performance.

Who We're Looking For You'll likely thrive here if you're a strong digital marketer who can think strategically and still get your hands dirty. You know Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta ads, and attribution tracking. You can spot what's working, explain what isn't, and make smart changes fast. You have 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta ads, and PPC.You have strong experience in digital media buying and campaign management. You can manage website analytics, tracking tools, and performance reporting. You communicate clearly and turn data into action. You do well in fast-paced environments and like owning results.
