What You Will Do: Conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning and computer vision to enhance data processing capabilities. Develop and implement algorithms that convert complex documents into actionable insights. Collaborate closely with a small, agile team to drive product development and research initiatives. Utilize Python to build robust models and prototypes that support the company's mission. Analyze and interpret data to improve existing systems and inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate: Background0–5 years of experience in machine learning research or applied research roles. Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks. Demonstrated experience with data processing and analysis techniques. A passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world problems and improve data accessibility.

Preferred: Experience with computer vision technologies and their applications in enterprise solutions. Familiarity with working in fast-paced startup environments and contributing to innovative projects. Exposure to multiple industries, such as finance, healthcare, or law, and understanding their data challenges. The base salary for this role ranges from $250K to $350K, complemented by equity between 0.1% and 1%.
