Chiropractic or Medical Assistant

What You'll Do: Greet patients with warmth, check them in, and ensure their visit starts on a positive note. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep the clinic flow seamless. Assist the chiropractor during patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and handle basic administrative tasks with confidentiality. Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and wellness tips as directed by the chiropractor. Support clinic operations by managing inventory of supplies and keeping spaces clean and organized.

What You'll Bring: A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Comfort with basic computer systems and scheduling software. Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone. Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service setting is a plus. Willingness to learn chiropractic terminology and procedures.
