Education Director — Youth Programs Leader

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking an Education Director to lead the Education Department, ensure high-quality programming, and supervise staff and volunteers. The role partners with the Program Director to meet programming goals and benchmarks, while delivering an outcome-driven Club experience for youth and families. The position requires 1–2 years of leadership, a high school diploma, and knowledge of nonprofit youth development.
