Home Design Sales Consultant – Uncapped Commission & Training

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations to help homeowners decide on window and door replacements. This is a high-commission, closing-focused role with paid training, a strong insurance package, and growth opportunities including an annual Sales Trip and tuition assistance.
