OTIP Observations & Safety Documentation Coordinator

Lance Soft is seeking an administrative professional to serve as the primary liaison between MBTA and the DPU for OTIP observations. You will coordinate daily and weekly communications to schedule OTIP activities across the transit system and ensure accurate documentation is maintained in electronic logs. You will also schedule FTA observations, prepare OTIP reports, and represent MBTA Safety Documentation at meetings related to OTIP, DPU, and FTA.
