Spa Manager - Hand & Stone Pearland

Compensation: $60,000 annual base salary plus bonus opportunity. Bonus plan details are to be determined and will be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule: Full-time; 40+ hours per week, including weekends as business needs require.

About the Role: Hand & Stone Pearland is hiring a Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build a high-performing guest-service team, support membership and retail growth, and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily spa operations and guest experience. Coach, train and develop front-desk and sales associates. Own team scheduling and support therapist and service-provider scheduling. Drive membership, retail and guest-retention performance through hands-on leadership. Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and accountability in coordination with ownership. Manage reporting, deposits, inventory, ordering and operational administration. Resolve guest concerns, maintain cleanliness and equipment standards, and uphold Hand & Stone operating procedures. Support local marketing, referrals and community outreach.

What We’re Looking For: Documented leadership in hospitality, retail, wellness, sales or service operations. Strong coaching, scheduling, customer-recovery and KPI/accountability skills. Comfort working hands-on at the front desk and leading by example.
