Lead Pastor

The Alliance South District of the C&MA is seeking qualified Lead/Solo Pastor candidates for a modest-sized congregation in eastern Tennessee. Interested candidates must: Be in agreement with the C&MA statement of faith and Alliance polity, If not currently holding Alliance credentials, meet standards for accreditation in the Alliance, Be committed to exegetical preaching, Be complementarian in their understanding of gender roles, Be conservative in their evangelical perspective, Have ten years of pastoral experience. *This position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
