Concrete Restoration Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION: Insight Global is seeking a Concrete Restoration Foreman to support a large-scale concrete restoration project in Miami, Florida. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, leading restoration crews, coordinating project activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The Foreman will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in concrete restoration, repair, resurfacing, waterproofing, and crew leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage personnel, materials, scheduling, and quality control while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and productivity. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE4+ years of experience as a Concrete Restoration Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor. Experience leading crews on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or restoration projects. Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, repair, resurfacing, patching, and rehabilitation methods. Experience with surface preparation techniques including chipping, grinding, demolition, and jackhammer operation. Knowledge of rebar repair, corrosion treatment, and concrete reinforcement systems. Experience with waterproofing systems, sealants, coatings, and epoxy injection applications. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings. Experience coordinating labor, equipment, and material schedules. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and jobsite best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and field personnel. Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Miami, FL.
