Plant Manager

The opportunity: You'll lead site operations across production, maintenance, quality and safety, with responsibility for budgets, people development and continuous improvement. From improving reliability and throughput to shaping capital investment and strengthening the leadership team, there's scope to make a visible difference. What you'll bring Food manufacturing experience is essential. You'll have led manufacturing teams and delivered measurable improvements in performance. You may already be a Plant Manager, or an experienced Operations Manager ready for broader responsibility. Ingredients experience would be useful, alongside the ability to understand processes, solve problems and bring people with you.
