Assistant Controller (West Palm Beach)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% OnsiteWe are partnering with a growing organization in the construction and distribution industry that is seeking a hands-on Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team. This is a newly created position due to continued growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller who enjoys being involved in day-to-day accounting operations while also contributing to process improvements and financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close experience. Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a hands-on accounting leadership role. CPA and Microsoft Dynamics GP experience are a plus, but not required. Industry-specific experience is not required.

Compensation & Benefits: $120,000–$140,000 base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate. Approximately 10% annual bonus opportunity.
