Work Environment: This position is primarily onsite, delivering care within the home environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients in their home settings, evaluating their physical conditions, mobility, and specific therapy needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of rehabilitation techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices. Implement treatment regimens aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion, strength, and overall function, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting as needed. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, including treatment sessions, patient responses, and progress notes to ensure seamless communication with multidisciplinary teams. Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding the use of assistive devices, transportation, mobility strategies, and safe body mechanics. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing professional development, educational workshops, and active participation in relevant organizations. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a wide array of patients, ranging from children to older adults, each with unique needs arising from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Your compassionate approach and customized care strategies will significantly impact their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A valid state license to practice physical therapy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Proficient in using word processing and computer skills for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience: While prior work experience is not required, any experience in a clinical or home care setting will be a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to adapt to various patient situations and needs is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
