Remote – Anywhere in the USA Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Competitive / Open based on experience We are looking for experienced 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA professionals for a remote opportunity supporting enterprise PLM environments. ITAR 3DEXPERIENCE Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications. Manage user access, roles, organizations, security contexts and access policies. Support ITAR / Export-Controlled data segregation and compliance. Troubleshoot ENOVIA, engineering data, workflows and collaboration issues. Perform incident management, RCA and production issue resolution. Support upgrades, patches, integrations and production deployments. Prepare technical documentation and support audits/compliance activities.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA experience. Experience with 3DX security, roles, organizations and access policies. Experience in ITAR / Export-Controlled environments. L2/L3 application support and troubleshooting. xhqgsiq Experience with 3DX administration, upgrades and integrations is a plus.
