What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the parts sales process from initial inquiry through fulfillment
- Work with the parts manager to source parts not currently in stock
- Process special order requests and follow through to delivery
- Communicate parts status and updates to customers and internal staff throughout the transaction
- Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory levels and ordering systems
- Adhere to all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department required
- Deep knowledge of Ford parts, systems, and inventory processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical, math, and computer skills; comfortable learning new software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple requests accurately without losing attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
