Lead Engineer (Hybrid)

Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions. Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team.8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience in a technical leadership role.~ Strong hands-on development experience with modern cloud-native stacks.~ Experience with AWS services and CI/CD delivery.~ Modern cloud-native software development.
