LEARNING & TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST V) (SR-24) [1 vacancy]

What You Will Do: Design and deliver training programs, including identification of training needs; ensuring alignment with the City's goals, priorities, and learning outcomes. Develop relevant curriculum, content, and pathways including e-learning. Select appropriate facilitators and delivery methods. Evaluate outcomes, feedback and effectiveness of the programs. Prepare and maintain budget, records and reports. Work with management and subject matter experts throughout the process. Perform other related duties as required.
