What you'll do: Learn how each business operates, what its customers need, and which questions they ask most often. Design the agent's conversation flow, from answering questions and making recommendations to handling bookings and purchases. Build agents on Agentplace using prompts, then refine their responses and behavior. Connect calendars, payment tools, CRMs, and messaging services. Test real-world customer scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and publish finished agents. Turn successful projects into reusable templates for other builders.

Who you are: You have hands-on experience with no-code tools and care about the experience of the people using what you build. You might work with Webflow, Framer, or Bubble, or build automations with Zapier, Make, or n8n. This role is also a good fit for product and UX designers who enjoy building working products, as well as freelancers who create websites or chatbots for small businesses. You can write effective prompts, create well-designed interfaces, edit customer-facing copy, and communicate fluently in English. How selection works Register by December 3 at 11:59 PM PT.The hackathon kicks off on December 4 at 12:00 PM PT. Choose a real local business and build an AI agent for it on Agentplace. Each track comes with a template you can customize. Submit your agent by December 7 at 12:00 PM PT.Winners will be announced on December 10. After that, our HR manager will also reach out to other participants whose work stands out to discuss potential interviews. First prize is an iPad and an interview with our founders. Second prize is AirPods Pro. Additional awards include third place, best agent in each track, and most buzzworthy build. Agentplace credits are also part of the prize pool. TermsThis is a remote contract position with flexible hours. Compensation starts at $2,500 per month, with the final rate determined during the interview. You're welcome to continue working with your own clients. We can work with contractors worldwide, except in Russia and Belarus, where we're unable to process contractor payments.
