Talent Account Delivery Manager

i 2G Systems, a Kastle company, seeks a Manager, Talent Account Management to lead three Talent Account Managers and own the end-to-end hiring process from intake to close. You will ensure priority-focused delivery, standardize intake and interview plans, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and upstream Sourcing partners. You will report to leadership and drive weekly reporting, escalations resolution, and candidate experience improvements across i 2G's contracts and markets.
