Job Description: Chick-fil-A Cashier / Customer Service Team Member

Position Type:
- Part-time: $11-$13/hour, plus ability to earn a raise every month
- Daylight Shifts preferred, Evening Shifts available
- Friday or Saturday availability is required, must be available to close 1 night per week

Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a positive & servant’s heart attitude with every customer and team interaction
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
- Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru
- Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
- Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and cars in the parking lot
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
- Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house besides as a cashier, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Complete all tasks as assigned
