Production Tech Details: Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $22.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available Assemble mechanical and electrical components using work instructions and engineering drawings. Perform pressure testing, inspections, and quality checks on finished products. Operate hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and testing instruments. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and production accurate production records and inspection reports. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
Production Tech Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read measuring devices and follow written work instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
