Senior Manager, Employee & Labor Relations - Healthcare

John Muir Health is seeking a Manager of Employee & Labor Relations to provide strategic leadership over employee and labor relations programs, ensuring policy and law compliance across the organization. The role partners with Legal, Compliance and executive leadership to mitigate risk and promote a respectful workplace. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in labor/employee relations or employment law, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and preference for healthcare experience.
