Job Description:
Develop client-centric search strategies and action plans, while building/maintaining a proprietary talent database.
Source candidates through internal talent pools and external channels, conduct competency-based interviews.
Prepare candidate assessment reports and coordinate client-candidate interview logistics.
Manage offer negotiations, background verification processes, and post-placement onboarding support.
Monitor talent market trends through industry summit participation and mapping exercises.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Candidates who are sophomores or juniors and major in Human Resource Management or business‑related fields are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated interpersonal aptitude with commitment to HR career development.
- Growth mindset with proven communication skills, self-motivation, and deferred gratification orientation.
