Director, Confectionery SRA — NA Regulatory Strategy

Mars seeks a Director of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs (SRA) for Confectionery in North America. Lead regulatory strategy, ensure regulatory compliance for formulations, claims, and packaging, and drive freedom to operate across the portfolio. Lead a skilled SRA team, partner with R&D, Marketing, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Commercial teams, and engage with external trade associations and regulators to shape policy and safeguard innovation.
