Tax Pursuits Director: Strategy & Proposals

EisnerAmper is seeking a Director, Tax Pursuits Lead to own the pursuit process for our tax practice, from opportunities through large RFP responses. This role partners with Tax leadership and senior executives to manage high-value pursuits with strategic clarity and disciplined execution. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will guide teams through strategy, messaging, and client meetings, shaping opportunities and ensuring a differentiated, client-focused approach.
