Position Summary:
The Automotive DMV Title Clerk will be responsible for preparing legal vehicle transfer documents, verifying trade-in payoffs, and maintaining accurate title records in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles requirements.
Essential Duties:
Process used vehicle titles following wholesale auction transactions.
Prepare trade jackets and documentation for used vehicles.
Track titles in transit and perform timely follow-up.
Communicate with banks to obtain lien releases.
Prepare vehicle transaction documents for scanning and record retention.
Provide additional administrative support as required.

Minimum of one year experience as a DMV or Title Clerk.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and drug testing.
