Midwest Regional Director, Group Sales Leader

Mayflower Cruises & Tours, Inc., based in Lisle, IL, seeks a Regional Director of Group Sales to lead its Midwest sales team and drive growth for cruise and tour products. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and focuses on strategic lead generation, strong business relationships, and achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Preference will be given to candidates in the Greater Chicago area; travel 50%+ is required as part of expanding market presence.
