Compensation: $10k+ per month 5% of ad spend generated by winning creatives Significant upside for someone who consistently produces winners Full-time role with a serious, performance-focused team What you’ll own: Creative strategy for the US supplement market Long-form static concepts and copyVSL concepts, structures, hooks, and scripts Cartoon / illustrated direct-response creativesUGC angles and scripts Advertorial-style concepts New mechanisms, hooks, angles, and market positioning Competitor research and creative mining Analyzing winners and turning them into new iterations and concepts Briefing editors, designers, and other creative team members You should already understand: Direct-response psychology Awareness levels and market sophistication Hooks, big ideas, mechanisms, desires, pain points, and objections Why certain creatives scale on Meta How to build creative systems instead of throwing random ideas at the wallUS consumer psychology and the supplement / health market Long-form statics, VSLs, UGC, cartoons, advertorials, and other performance formats We are not looking for someone who has only written a few briefs or worked on organic content. We want someone who has already been responsible for serious DTC creative performance and can show actual winning work.
