Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss-sensitive construction programs
Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in Midwest territory
Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development
Qualifications:
5+ years of underwriting construction industry segments required
Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required
Expertise in loss-sensitive programs, pricing, and risk analysis preferred
Retail brokerage network base in the Midwest territory required
